Swiss design is often synonymous with health and precision. The Mindstats app has been created in Switzerland with you in mind. The app allows you to gain clarity and insights through the simple act of tracking your life data!

You probably notice certain patterns in your daily life. Do you feel more anxious on workdays or when you don’t exercise? Is your mood better after a good night’s sleep? Do you feel calmer when you’re more active?

Mindstats allows you to track anything you want on a daily basis! For example you can track your mood or stress levels and reflect back on them periodically. The goal is to help you to track, visualise and analyse how different life factors interact with each other. Gain clarity with the simplicity and precision of Mindstats!

It’s about tracking quantifiable life data. For example, if you suffer with anxiety, you might want to track variables like Coffee Intake (the number of cups you drink in a day), Work Stress (how stressful it’s been on a scale of 1-10) and Exercise (the number of minutes of exercise you’ve done). The app allows you to visualise the relationship across variables with correlation data and scatter graphs.

Here’s how Mindstats works:

1) Download and install the Mindstats app.

2) Register for a new account or login to an existing account.

3) Navigate to the Variables tab and click the button to add your main variables. You can create variables for everything you want to track, for example Mood or Anxiety. You’ll be prompted to add a minimum and maximum value (for example 0-10).

4) Next, add any secondary variables that you want to track alongside your main variable. For you it might be Sleep Quality, Meditation and Exercise.

5) Following this you can navigate to the Calendar tab and use sliders to record the values for your variables each day.

6) Once you’ve started to track your data, you can head over to the Graphs tab to view charts of your variables over time. The Analysis tab means you can visualise correlations and view scatter graphs to gain deeper insights!

7) Need a Reminder? If you need to be reminded to enter your data each day, you can enable reminders by browsing to the Account tab and clicking the slider.
